With the increased demand for career coaching and outplacement services we successfully opened a franchise in Birmingham in 2010. We have a strong reputation for delivering a high quality service and will be looking for franchisees with the same ambition and drive as we do.
We are now looking to open franchised offices in all the major cities and are interested to hear from anyone who fits the criteria and have a keen interest in career coaching. You will be working under our career coaching model and will be fully trained in house on career management and will be supported in setting up your franchise and running it. You will be running your own business but under a well established and highly regarded brand. You are your own boss but not alone, you will have the support of our central team.
Our clients come from both corporate and individuals who contact us directly looking for their next role. Clients typically tend to be senior managers across all sectors and industries but we do work with graduates and individuals just starting out in their career. We work with clients internationally who either have been made redundant, looking for a career change, coming back from a career break or simply just struggling to get the job that they want and need our support.
Personal Career Management are the leaders in their field and partner with 4 of the UK's top job sites; the Guardian, Telegraph, Monster and Reed. We are also career experts for People Management and Corinne Mills, MD of Personal Career Management is Chair of the CIPD Chiltern branch.
