Our career management programmes are always tailored around your specific needs but they will typically include some or all of the following.  Working with a highly experienced career coach you will be able to:

• Market your skills to internal and external recruitment decision-makers and uncover opportunities

What are your programmes and prices?

All of our programmes are tailored to each individuals needs and are based on a number of 1-1 coaching hours supplied per programme.  The hours allocated to each programme are normally more than sufficient to help you achieve your career goals.  All coaching hours can be taken at any time up to 3 years.  This is far more flexible and user-friendly than other programmes you may have encountered which are strictly time-restricted e.g. 6 or 12 months.  

Career Explorer

This programme offers a full career assessment and option appraisal with the development of a clear, focused and realistic action plan.  It's ideal if you are feeling "stuck" in your career or want to review your options.  It will also help you identify the key factors and environments to look out for in future roles, to ensure maximum job satisfaction and peak performance.

Job Search Programme

This is for individuals who know exactly which role they want next and who want expert support in helping them get shortlisted and then win the job offer.  Help with all aspects of job search are provided, from devising CVs, rehearsing for interviews, to developing an online presence.  Full research support and information services are provided.

This programme brings together both elements of the Career Explorer and Job Search programme to ensure a well thought through and highly effective job search campaign.

Plan B

Given the current economic climate, there is an increasing need for career contingency planning to reduce the potential threats to income.  This programme enables you to move quickly into an immediately effective job search campaign if the need should arise.
