Career Coaching Courses
We provide short courses for organisations wishing to develop an in-house career coaching resource.
Our unique 10 day intensive course is only open to individuals who will be working with Personal Career Management either as a franchisee or as one of our coaches.
Course Content
Our training is always in a small group setting. It typically consists of:
- Understanding career management theory and practice
- Applying and practicing career coaching techniques
- Feedback and development of your career coaching style
- Self-marketing strategies for clients
The course includes:
- Comprehensive written materials to support learning
- Working with practice clients with supervision
- Individual supervision

If you wish to work with us as a coach, then please check the selection criteria on the Work for Us page and if you fulfill the main requirements we will be interested to hear from you. All new coaches are required to go on our course.
Personal Career Management operates under the CIPD Code of Practice for Outplacement and Career Management consultants.
