We look for people of exceptional skill and experience, business credibility, ethical behaviour and commitment to excellence.

• Degree level education or above
• Formal career coaching/career counselling training
• Additional relevant training eg psychometrics, counselling skills, NLP, performance coaching, career guidance, CBT
• Minimum of 5 years experience in coaching individuals in career transition
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes
• Understanding of management development processes
• Business credibility to work with individuals at senior levels
• Versatility to work with wide range of individuals with different career coaching needs
• Evidence of on-going, relevant C.P.D.
• IT skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent writing skills
