Career coaching training for HR Teams


We can provide training for staff within your organisation to enable them to develop an in-house career coaching resource.  A minimum of three people are required for each course.

The content is tailored to the particular requirements of the organisation.  However, our in-house courses, which are very practical in nature, will typically cover the following:

  • Feedback and development of your career coaching style
