Due to significant demand nationally for career management services, Personal Career Management took the decision to expand through franchising as it enables the business to ensure its high quality services are delivered through the network with the franchisees having the same passion and drive as the management team.
Having launched its UK franchise network in 2009, Personal Career Management are now offering franchise territories across the UK. In particular we would be interested if you are based in Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Oxford, Swindon, Reading, Guildford, Brighton, Manchester, Leicester, Nottingham, Cardiff, Liverpool, Worcester, Plymouth, Exeter, and Bristol.
We’re looking for exceptional individuals to run Personal Career Management centres. We are highly selective in our coaching team and our franchisees alike. We go to great lengths in our recruitment process to ensure the fit is right. Our reputation depends on it.
What skills do I need?
As a franchisee you will be fully trained in career management on an intensive course and will also have all the support you need to open and run your own office and manage your own team of coaches. You’ll need to have the following background, experience and qualities:
1. A strong interest in career management
You will already have a strong interest in working in this area and have been involved in personal development activities either for yourself or your staff in your career to date. You must be genuinely interested in delivering coaching.
2. Senior background
Our clients are typically senior managers or at board level, so it’s important that you are comfortable working alongside people operating at this level and have an understanding of the issues they face.
3. A passion for delivering a quality, customer focused service
You’ll have experience in delivering customer focused products or services and a passion for ensuring customer care.
4. Be prepared to learn and continually develop
We will provide intensive training and support to enable you to become a first-class coach and to be able to run a Personal Career Management Centre. You must be prepared to learn and demonstrate that you take continuous personal development seriously.
5. Ability to bring in business
You will need to be willing to work hard and have the ability to generate business both from individual and corporate clients. Experience and an understanding of business development are essential.
6. Autonomy and compliance
This is a superb opportunity to grow your own business but with the superb support and guidance of a central team. You will need to be able to work on your own whilst always adhering to a structured system of operation.
