Overview

Personal Career Management are the UK’s leading provider of outplacement services, career coaching programmes and executive coaching for individual and corporate clients.

Personal Career Management specialise in career management and work with clients from a wide range of professional, management and senior executive backgrounds.

Often they are seeking to; move quickly into a new role following redundancy, review and rethink their career and plan for the future, consider their options including a possible career change, achieve a promotion or career development and access advice and emotional support to deal with a wide range of personal workplace challenges.

Personal Career Management are about to launch a series of new and innovative online career coaching services including webinars. The Provider will be marketing these to an appropriate audience. We envisage the Provider will be an online Jobs Board and or Media outlet.

Services and Deliverables

We are looking for suitability qualified service providers who wish to provide the services outlined in this document for Personal Career Management.

The Provider’s role would be deemed to include the following areas:

  • Delivery of the marketing the new online services through a variety of promotions online to a suitable audience through a Job and Media website
  • Providing advice and support to maximise the effectiveness of the activities
  • The provider should clearly indicate the number of impressions and provide an indication of likely take up based on the profile of the audience from similar campaigns

Award Criteria

Service Providers’ who would like to be considered for should provide a submission including:

  • Proposal for meeting the service requirement showing how the Provider has understood Personal Career management’s requirements and its target audience. The provider should also demonstrate a track record of delivering to this type of audience and anticipated take up rate.
  • Complete in full the Invitation for Proposal Response Pricing Template set out below.

Bid scoring

Bids will be scored out of 100%.

40% of the marks will be awarded to Quality

Tender responses submitted will be assessed by Personal Career Management against the following quality questions: –

  1. To what extent does the tender response demonstrate an understanding of what is required?
  2. To what extent is the method appropriate to the requirements set out in this brief?
  3. What is the extent of the experience of delivering similar service within the sector?

40% of marks will be awarded for Price

The evaluation of price will be carried out on the Schedule of charges you provide.

Price Criterion at 40%

20% of marks will be awarded for presentation

The evaluation based on the quality of the presentation and the ability of the Bidder to satisfy the panel on their ability to deliver on the requirements.

Procurement Process

Personal Career Management reserves the right to reject abnormally low scoring tenders. Providers will cover their own costs in putting together their proposal.

Once all bids are in Personal Career Management will ask the leading bidders to present their bid.

Personal Career Management are about to launch a series of new and innovative online career coaching services including webinars. As part of the project, Personal Career Management need to redesign their exiting 1000 + page website to enable clients to go through a new user journey to enable self-selection of certain programmes and the purchase of the programmes.

Suppliers should note that the existing website is class leading in terms of positioning and traffic. The new website is to take this to the next level, being innovative in its user journey but not to the detriment of traffic or ranking. It needs to support the new programmes we are looking to sell on it and work effectively across all platforms.

Services and Deliverables

We are looking for suitability qualified service providers who wish to provide the services outlined in this document for Personal Career Management.

The Provider’s role would be deemed to include the following areas:

  • Build, design and deliver a new eCommerce website
  • Ensuring the designs work effectively across all media i.e. PC, Tablet, Mobile
  • Enable ecommerce on the website
  • Integrate the website with several external systems i.e. Salesforce
  • Support in developing an impactful digital brand and launch a new website
  • Transition of new website with minimal disruption to SEO activity
  • Provide effective SEO and resilient hosting services for 12 months

Award Criteria

Service Providers’ who would like to be considered for should provide a submission including:

  • Proposal for meeting the service requirement showing how the Provider has understood Personal Career Management’s requirements and its target audience. The provider should also demonstrate a track record of delivering to this type of audience and anticipated success rate of websites in similar fields.
  • Be able to demonstrate the company’s SEO capabilities.
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the user experience and how they will work with the personal Career Management team to incorporate a new and innovative user journey to select programmes.
  • Provide details of the hosting, back up and resilience
  • Be able to show how they will migrate the existing website over without any detrimental effect to its existing high rankings.
  • Complete in full the Invitation for Proposal Response Pricing Template set out below.
