What is your success rate?

We evaluate everything we do and have a 98% client satisfaction rate for our coaching programmes.

The vast majority of our early career clients will successfully move into a role they are very happy with, often for roles where there was very strong competition.

Some will also achieve promotion with their current organisation or decide on a different career direction which may involve vocational training.

All of them have a much stronger sense of themselves at work, understand what employers want and how to manage their careers more effectively.

Will you find a job for me?

We will advise on and supply information about job search strategies including how to locate suitable jobs and using our icareercoach job board. We’ll also provide contact information for suitable recruiters in your industry and relevant organisations as well as providing opportunities for networking.

However, we don’t approach employers or recruiters on your behalf, nor are we a recruitment agency but we will be there to advise on all aspects of your interactions with them.
