What is your job coach success rate?

Our surveys show that clients on our job search programmes typically:

  • Move into a new role they want with a preferred employer within 1-5 months of working with us.
  • Receive multiple job offers for appropriate roles.
  • Achieve a substantial pay rise even where this was not their primary objective.

“I wouldn’t have found the job I’m moving to without the assistance of Personal Career Management. They have been supportive and provided clear, explicit advice about how to move forward. As a result of working with them, I was able to choose from a couple of job options and negotiate the salary I was looking for.”
