At Personal Career Management, our commitment to the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion is integral to everything we do, ensuring each individual is treated with respect and supported to realise their potential.
This commitment is integral to everything that Personal Career Management does, ensuring each individual is treated with respect and supported to realise their potential. This includes all of our dealings with staff, franchisees, contractors, customers, suppliers, clients and anyone that we come into contact within the operation of our business.
We oppose all forms of unlawful discrimination and recognise our responsibilities in respect of the protected groups of age, disability, race (including colour, nationality, and ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity – as specified in the Equality Act 2010.
Our commitments are to:
- Create a working environment free from unlawful discrimination, bullying, harassment, victimisation and where individuals are allowed to realise their potential
- Encourage equality, fairness and respect in all our operations and for anyone we come into contact with
- Respect the difference and diversity of our clients and treat every individual with due regard and without discrimination
As members of the Career Development Institute, we adhere to their Code of Ethics which has this specific requirement around equality; “Members must actively promote equality and diversity and work towards the removal of barriers to personal achievement resulting from prejudice, stereotyping and discrimination”.
