What is your success rate?

We evaluate everything we do and have a 98% client satisfaction rate for our coaching programmes. The vast majority of our clients will make a positive career move to a new role which they are very happy with. Some of our coaching clients will stay within the same role but will make other positive changes as a result of the coaching, for instance developing their leadership skills or learning how to manage a a difficult relationship at work.
