We understand that you will have lots of questions and are always happy to go through any and all of those with you. Below you’ll find some of the common questions but it’s likely they won’t cover some of the ones you have as everyone’s circumstances are unique. So do give us a call and we answer those those with you in more detail. What may seem like a simple question sometimes needs more complex dialogue.

How do I decide which programme is right for me?

You don’t have to decide which programme you need at this stage. This is the purpose of the initial discussion with one of our team and certainly the scoping out session which follows. They will discuss your particular career situation and can recommend the type of programme that will best suit your needs. There are a range of considerations involved in programme selection. If you are absolutely clear about which role you want next this will lend itself to a shorter programme. If you wish to explore options more fully and make a job move, then a longer programme is more likely.

How flexible are the programmes?

All our programmes flex around your needs. Whilst there is structure and methodology in the programmes each will work around your specific requirements and your coach will keep you updated on your progress throughout. Should your needs or circumstances change, such as an interview coming up unexpectedly, then your coach will work with you on your new requirements.

What if I don’t have Zoom?

Don’t worry, we’ll help you get Zoom set up and can run a test session with you before your coaching starts if needed. You will need broadband at home in order to use Zoom. We can also work with you on Teams.

An initial call to give you an overview of the services and answer any immediate questions.
We then book your scoping out session (your free career review) where we find out more about you, your needs and we can configure your programme accordingly and match you to your coach.
