Job Search and Redeployment
Managing change. Providing advice. Building confidence.
Career Uncertainty
We support employees affected by organisational change at what is often a very challenging time for all those involved.
Our practical group training covers both the psychological aspects of managing difficult change, and the very practical elements involved in running an effective job search campaign or applying for alternative employment within the organisation.
These can be delivered either in person or online, include access to our online career development portal icareercoach™ and research services.
Please see our outplacement pages for full details of all of our outplacement services.

Webinar FAQs
Are your sessions delivered online or in person.
We are happy to do either and can give you some options to suit.
When should I schedule job search workshops if consultations are still on-going?
You can still provide job search workshops before or during a consultation period, especially as employees often find them helpful to be offered at the earliest opportunity.
It is however, important to make clear that being offered a place on the workshop does not mean that their redundancy is confirmed.
