Definition of ‘Career’

How to define your career

You are not defined by your current job. You are more than that. Your “career capital” is the collection of all your previous work experiences, achievements, knowledge and personal qualities as well as your potential. Thinking more broadly in terms of your career, rather than just your current job title, will open up possibilities for you.
