You should think of us as your career management partner. We’re here to help you every step of the way. At any stage if you have questions or want a friendly sounding board then just give us a call.
Working on any project typically follows the following steps:
We’re happy to discuss the project, advise on ideas and solutions and give a guide to the scope of the work and costs. This will normally be with a Managing Director and Account Director from the Personal Career Management Team.
This is then followed up with a formal written proposal with a full breakdown of delivery, costs and options if required.
Once approved, our Account Director will discuss with you logistics and they’ll work with both our team and yours to co-ordinate a smooth roll-out and keep you posted throughout.
We’re happy to meet and brief key stakeholders, for instance attending briefings for the HR and Learning and Development Teams, Managers, Staff or Employee Representatives where appropriate. We will also create communication messaging including digital handouts, information for intranets, emails etc, which can be shared with staff. We can also customise icareercoach™ for your staff where appropriate.
We’ll feedback regularly on engagement figures, feedback and any other agreed data and measures.
Our approach is to be clear and transparent throughout, to provide a good experience for everyone involved and to make things as simple and straightforward as possible. Good lines of communication ensure that any queries are quickly addressed.
